Your personal data (first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address, company, VAT number, address, postal code, municipality) are processed by Pharma Boulevard, for customer management based on the contractual relationship as a result of your order/placed order, in the context of various legal obligations (our liability, retention obligation, accounting law) and for direct marketing (to possibly offer you new services) based on our legitimate interest to do business. The processing is always done by the business manager.
We inform you that in the course of the assignment granted to us/fulfillment of placed order, we cannot delete your data in order to guarantee our services. After termination of the order (possibly by you), we are obliged to retain your personal data for a further 10 years within the framework of the legal obligations applicable to us. The data that we keep and archive from you at that time will only be the necessary ones within the framework of the legal obligation.
We should inform you that your personal data may be communicated by us to third parties within the framework of the assignment granted to us and in execution of a legal obligation. You can consult us at any time and we will inform you which body holds your data.
If you do not want us to process your data for direct marketing purposes, simply inform us at info@pharmaboulevard.be. At this address, you can also ask at any time what data about you we are processing and have it corrected or deleted (the latter to the extent possible within the scope of the order placed and the law).
Should your data transferred to us be incorrect and you request correction, you can always request, to the extent possible, that the processing of the data be restricted.
All services performed within the framework of the rights granted to you by the General Data Processing Regulation are, to the extent reasonable, free of charge.
